Diversity of work

A conversation with Snail - as an engineer, instead of focusing only on building the machines to relieve humans of mind numbing jobs, perhaps a realization of a human mind’s need for diversity and rest. Dont just ensure they are paid more - also make sure they can try different jobs and take the rest they need. There is a fallacy that when people have enough money to not work, then they won't work. Everyone needs an activity/work - the problem is that now they do not get to choose what they think is right.
